When you order a product or service from us, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law and are subject to Dutch jurisdiction. Wolfsbane Creations reserves the right to modify, alter, amend or update these terms and conditions at any time.
No part of this website may be replicated, altered, published, modified, distributed or sold without our consent.
All prices are in euros and are VAT free. Prices may be subject to change without notice, except prices at time of order are not subject to change after acceptance.
We accept the following payment methods:
All payments must be made in advance. Once payment has been authorized and processed by us we will send you an email confirming your order and start with your design. The expected delivery time is between 2 – 5 days. If there is an unexpected delay, for whatever reason, this will be communicated to you by e-mail.
Within Europe, any customer who bought a product online, has the right to cancel and return their order within 14 days. However, because our products are custom made, they are exempt from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned. If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible! If you cancel within 12 hours we will refund the full value of your order. Unfortunately we will not be able to offer refunds for cancellations made after 12 hours, as your order is processed immediately after confirmation to deliver in our set time frame, it is very likely we will have already started working on your design. If you are not fully satisfied with the final result we will not be able to refund you, however you may request a revision. When you place an order, please be detailed with any ideas or requirements you have for the design.
Every order includes two revision rounds at no charge. If you would like any adjustments made after your received your order please email us within 48 hours. If we do not hear anything from you within 48 hours we will assume that you are satisfied with your order. If you request a revision after this time period, or if you want to request any additional revision rounds, you will have to pay an extra fee of €5,- per revision round. The expected time frame for revision rounds is 12 – 48 hours from the time the request is received. If there is an unexpected delay, for whatever reason, this will be communicated to you by e-mail. Any change necessitated due to an error on our part (e.g. misspelling) does not count against the included two rounds of revisions and will be corrected free of charge.
