Legal basis for processing
- Contact e‑mail – processing is based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (the data subject’s consent). By sending us an e‑mail you explicitly consent to us using the information you provide for the purpose of replying to your message.
- No other processing – because we do not collect any other personal data, no additional legal bases are required.
How long we keep the data

The only third‑party involved is Stripe for payment processing; however, Stripe’s own privacy policy governs any data it receives, and Stripe complies with the EU‑Standard Contractual Clauses for any cross‑border transfers it may perform.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the personal data we hold (e‑mail inbox, backups) against unauthorised access, loss, or alteration. Because the volume of data is very small, we rely on:
- Secure TLS encryption for all e‑mail transmission (SMTP STARTTLS).
- Strong passwords and two‑factor authentication on the e‑mail account.
- Regular backups stored on encrypted storage.
